How do I find the right size for my Bedrock Sandals?
We recommend printing our size-specific templates at 100% scale to ensure a perfect fit. Your toes should have a small buffer at the front, and your heel should sit securely within the footbed.
What is the difference between the Cairn and Classic models?
The Cairn series features a more robust Vibram® outsole and a patented 3-point adjustment system for technical terrain, while our Classic models offer a minimalist, lightweight experience for everyday wear.
Are Bedrock Sandals vegan-friendly?
Yes, all of our current sandal models are made with 100% synthetic materials and are entirely vegan-friendly.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for sandals in brand-new, unworn condition. If you've taken them for a test hike, they are no longer eligible for return, so please check the fit indoors first.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout.
