At Bedrock Sandals®, we want to ensure your adventures are supported by the perfect fit. If your sandals are unworn and in their original packaging, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Sandals
Place your clean, unworn sandals back into their original Bedrock box and secure them in a durable shipping mailer.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
